Processing Time

Orders placed on business days before 23:59 will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Postage Costs

At Chrisxpearl, we always choose the greenest, most environmentally friendly shipping option available. The good news is that this sustainable shipping method is always free for our customers, regardless of order size or delivery country.

Delivery Times by Country

Our estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days (including weekends) for the following countries:

  • Netherlands: 5-7 business days

  • Belgium: 5-7 business days

  • Germany: 5-7 business days

  • Other countries: 5-7 business days

Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on external factors such as delivery partners and possible public holidays.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside the EU. We are working to make more shipping options available in the future.

Delays

Although we do our utmost to deliver your order within the expected time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections or increased workload of delivery services. Chrisxpearl is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@chrisxpearl.com with photos of the damage. For missing packages, please check the tracking information and contact the delivery service. We are always here to help you further.
